🖨️ SOUL INSPIRE STUDIO – DTF PRINT RULES

🧾 GENERAL INFO

• ✅ No setup fees on any order.

• 📏 Print width is fixed at 22 inches. Pricing is based on height (in inches).

📄 PAGE SETUP FROM US

• If we prepare the layout, pricing is calculated based on the total height.

• In this case, the “Page Set Up From Us” rates apply (see price table above).

🧩 GANG SHEET (You provide the layout)

• If the customer provides the gang sheet, “Gang Sheet” pricing applies.

• All designs must be in clear PNG format with transparent background.

• Each file must be at 300 DPI resolution.

👕 T-SHIRT PRINTING (HEAT TRANSFER)

• Pricing covers the transfer print only — t-shirt is not included.

• Quantity discounts are available (see price table).

• Additional fee applies for double-sided printing.

🚚 SHIPPING OPTIONS

• In-store pickup is available at our Plano, TX location.

• We also ship orders via USPS, UPS, or customer-preferred courier.

• Shipping rates depend on destination, weight, and speed.

• We are not responsible for lost/delayed packages once they are handed to the carrier.

• Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment.

⏱️ TURNAROUND TIME & PROCESS

• Most orders can be completed same-day, depending on availability.

• For large or bulk orders, please coordinate in advance for scheduling and delivery.

📌 OTHER RULES

• ⚠️ Customer is responsible for the quality and accuracy of their artwork before printing.
